Today I thought I would give a little back ground on Malekith the Accursed. He is the upcoming villain in Thor 2 - The Dark World which comes out on November 8 , 2013.
Malekith the Accursed is being played by Christopher Eccleston.
That of course is the comic Malekith. Here is what he looks like in the film.
Malekith the Accursed 1st appeared in Marvel comics in Thor issue # 344 in 1984.
He is the ruler of the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim. He is usually an ally of Loki and Surtur. He has the ability to use teleportation , casting magic , and the ability to change shape and appearance of objects. He once also had the Casket of Ancient Winters which of course was in the 1st film. So with no further delay here is the first issue he was in. He comes in on page 12. Enjoy!!!
